Can I purchase products directly from Jakks Pacific, Inc.?

Unfortunately we do not sell directly to consumers due to contractual agreements. However you can find our toys at major retailers.

Can I use rechargeable batteries in my Plug It In & Play TV Games™ unit?

Yes, but we found that non-rechargeable batteries are best for optimum play. 

Can my children play with the pet products?

No, they are not meant for children.

Do all Laser Challenge® and Laser Challenge Pro® products work together?

No, only the same units will work together.

Do your stationary products contain latex?

No, our stationary products do not contain latex.

Does the Laser Challenge® and Laser Challenge Pro® products have a real laser beam?

No, the laser challengers do not have a real laser beam.

How do I focus the EyeClops®?

Make sure you have the red line and arrows lined up correctly. Hold the Eyeclops on the object and slowly bring it up until you can view the object on the screen.

How do I hook up the Plug It In & Play TV Games™ unit?

Locate the audio and video inputs on your TV and plug audio into the audio input and the video into the video input. Then locate your input button on the remote control. In some cases the input button will be TV/AV, AUX, Game, or video.

How do I register my Cabbage Patch Kids® doll online?

The new 'Kids are geared to the new generation and are now being registered via the web at www.mycpk.com. Please go to the website and follow the instructions for registering your doll.

How do I sync the remote on my UltiMotion™ game?

Press the A button on the controller. If sync does not re-establish after about 30 seconds, press and hold the B button and the menu button on the controller. (This should cause the controller's LED light to blink rapidly.) While still holding the B button and menu button on the controller, press the sync button on the game console for 1 second then release the B button and the menu button on the controller. Wait a few seconds and the game controller should sync.

How do I turn off the Vmigo® unit?

This unit does not have an off button. It has a hibernation mode which put the V-migo to sleep. Just leave the unit alone for a few minutes and it will automatically go into hibernation mode.

How many calories does one Girl Gourmet™ Cupcake Maker cupcake have?

The calorie content varies from each flavor of cupcakes and frosting. Nutritional information information can be found on the back of the packaging.

How often should I change the batteries in my Plug It In & Play TV Games™ unit?

We recommend changing the batteries every 3-4 hours of play. Low battery power will cause your game to malfunction which will result in screen distortion.

I purchased my Vivid Velvet® markers however when I opened the package my markers were dry, how can I get replacement markers?

I'm looking for a particular WWE® action figure, where can I purchase it?

Our major retailers are Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Target, KB Toy Store and Toys R' Us. However due to the high demand of WWE figures some stores can run out of stock. Try searching online at www.ringsidecollectables.com

Is it safe for my cat to play with the Cat Wands by itself?

No, all cat toys are meant to be played with under supervision.

My Puppy In My Pocket® dog's hair is rubbing off, how can I stop that from happening?

Unfortunately, there is not a way to stop the fur from rubbing off. However, you want to make sure you keep your dog dry. You can contact the Consumer Relation Department and we can send you a repalcement via mail.

Something is wrong with my WWE® action figure, what should I do?

You can mail the figure to our consumer relations department and we will do our best to replace it with the same or comparable item. However, we always recommend trying to return it to the retailer for a replacement first.

The post on my WWE® ring snapped off during play, where can I find replacement posts?

What do I do if my Hannah Montana doll's head falls off?

We suggest you returning the product to the retailer in which you purchased the doll from. What is the small extra package that comes with the 7 Daily Servings pet food?

This is a flavoring packet. You can put as much or as little flavoring as your pet desires.

What kind of testing has been done on the White Bites®?

We have done extensive testing both scientifically and via physical testing at Summit Ridge farms - a leading dog treat/food testing facility. Also we work very closely with veterinarians.

What should I do if my MXS® RC Racer is not working after I detach the try me wire?

Try changing the batteries in the car and the remote. Also make sure you switch the button to the ON position.When pressing the button make sure you unalarm your car first, then start the engine and finally press the go button. The horn can be pressed at anytime after those steps.

What should I do if my RAD is not working?

Check the screws and make sure they are properly screwed in. Make sure you charge the unit for the complete time specified in the instructions.

What should I do when my Plug It In & Play TV Games™ unit has distortion, rolling or sound that does not work?

Distortion occurs when your batteries are low and need to be changed. Also if you have satellite it can cause your game to malfunction. Simply change your batteries or un plug your satellite and the problem should correct its self.

What type of foam are Funnoodle® made of?

They are made out of Polyethylene and do not contain latex.

When expecting to receive a Spa Factory™ clay mask I received an OATS mask instead. Does this replace the clay mask?

Yes, the Oats are in place of the Clay mask.

When I purchased the Eyeclops® it did not come with the tube/dish/base/iris. Where can I find replacement parts?

Please contact our consumer department and we would be more than happy to send you additional parts.

Where can I buy replacement parts for the XPV®?

Unfortunately, we do not manufacture replacement parts for our XPV Planes. However, the product comes with a 90 day warranty.

Where can I buy your Pet Pal pet products?

Unfortunately, the Telestory and story cartridges have been discontinued.

Unfortunately, we do not manufacture replacement refills sold separately.

Unfortunately, this product has been discontinued and we no longer produce replacement parts.

Where should I send a donation request?

JAKKS Cares has a new online donation request process. For donation requests, please submit your donation request electronically at least six weeks in advance using the online donation request application at www.jakks.com/jakks-cares-product-donation. We receive a significant number of donation requests, and are unable to honor every request received, however, your request will be carefully considered. If your donation request is approved for a donation, JAKKS Cares will contact you directly. Due to the volume of requests, we ask that you not follow up regarding the status of your donation request.

Why does my Cabbage Patch Kids® doll have a scent?

This is a trademark of the CPK and the scent is actually mixed into the plastic of the doll. You cannot remove the scent.

Why doesn't my product look exactly like the picture on the packaging?
