Safety Notices


Since you are unable to verify the date code now due to wear and tear, please promptly obtain clear photos of both 1) the entire underside of the skateboard and 2) the manufacturing date code area. The photos can be either a JPEG, PNG, or PDF. After you have the photos, CLICK HERE to upload your photos.

If you want to mail your photos in, mail them to:

1) If you are located in North America, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, South Korea, or Taiwan: Jakks Distribution Center, Attn: Consumer Relations – YBAR, 21749 Baker Parkway, Walnut, CA 91789.

2) If you are located in the UK or EU or UAE: Jakks Pacific UK, Attn: Consumer Response, 1st Floor, One Arlington Square, Downshire Way, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1WA G.B.

In your mail to us, please state your full name, mailing address, phone number, number of Y Bars you wish to return, retail store of purchase, and your main contact email (if it’s different from the email address you initially used to contact us). After we receive and process this information from you, we’ll promptly send you a prepaid shipping label, which you can use to ship the recalled handle bar to us. Once we received the Y Bar handle from you, we’ll send you a replacement T Bar handle within 10 business days of our receiving the recalled Y Bar handle from you.
